Focused fat loss

$75 per week

Minimum commitment 12 weeks - $900

  • Working together to hit your goals and build nutrition skills, with a focus on food knowledge, forming good habits, overcoming barriers and building consistency

  • Your personalised nutrition plan is set for 12 weeks, at the end of which we evaluate and reset goals and targets

  • We meet weekly to run through your week with a focus on your food diary and adherence challenges

  • Metrics, trackers and a detailed meal plan with recipes you can swap in and out

  • MyFitnessPal sharing and oversight for added accountability

  • As your coach, we will be in regular contact for messaging, support and questions
