quick satay beef

This is one of my fave go-to meals. 5 minutes and you are eating.

  • Cut 250g rump steak into thin strips or just buy stir fry steak strips - quick fry in pan, 1-2 minutes max

  • Zap brown rice cup in microwave, 40 sec

  • Add a veggie like roasted red capsicums or brocollini

  • Spoonful of peanut butter on top, sprinkle chilli flakes and salt
