salty tuna pasta

Hard to beat a bowl of hot salty pasta.

This meal can be ready in about 15 mins. High protein pasta takes longer to cook but I recommend using it to get the extra protein and it still tastes just as good.

  • Cook a large handful high protein spiral pasta.

  • Make the sauce starting with sautéing some chopped onion and garlic. Add a tin of diced tomatoes, jar of artichoke hearts and some capers. Splash of balsamic vinegar and some salt and pepper. (You’ll use about half the sauce so save the rest for another meal).

  • Mix large tin (150g) of tuna through your pasta and sauce and you are good to go.
