basic balls

  • 5 scoops protein powder (I like Prana On salted caramel)

  • 1 cup organic quick oats

  • 1/2 cup sugar free dark choc chips (Noshu)

  • 1 1/2 cups high protein light milk (Complete Dairy)

Mix ingredients together, refrigerate for half an hour before rolling into balls about golf ball size. Makes 20 balls.

Macros per ball: Protein 10g, Fat 3g, Carbs 5g
