Greek yoghurt is going to become your new best friend. My favourite is Chobani Natural Light Greek Yoghurt. I usually eat two large 907g tubs per week!
Add some berries and you have a tasty afternoon snack that will make you happy and keep you going.

Nuts are optional but if I’ve got some cals up my sleeve for the day then I like to add a handful of cashews or walnuts.
Careful with nuts though, they can be easy to overeat. Good quality activated nuts have a lot of benefits, just note that a handful of cashews (25g) is going to add about 150 cals.
